Can we request a sample before placing an order? +

Yes. We provide pre-production samples for all OEM and ODM orders. Sample cost is negotiable and partially refundable against your bulk order. Contact us to discuss your sample requirements.

What's your product quality guarantee? +

Every batch undergoes in-line QC and pre-shipment inspection including toe compression, anti-puncture, slip resistance, and peel strength testing. Third-party inspection (SGS, BV, Intertek) is fully supported.

How long does sampling take? +

Pre-production samples are typically ready in 7–15 working days after spec confirmation. Complex designs requiring new mold development may take longer — exact timeline confirmed at quotation.

How long is mass production lead time? +

Standard mass production is 25–35 working days after sample approval and deposit payment. We share production progress photos on request throughout the process.

Do you have CE / ASTM certified products? +

Yes. We are CE certified (EN ISO 20345:2022) and test to ASTM F2413 standards. All compliance documents and test reports are available for due diligence upon request.

What payment terms do you accept? +

Standard terms: T/T — 30% deposit before production, 70% balance before shipment. L/C accepted for larger orders. All payments received by TX Industry & Corporate Co., Ltd.
